Post-Harvest Management of Horticultural Crops

This book is intended to include the subject matter consisting three parts of various chapters separately for fruits, vegetables and flowers for various major crops.

In Part I, there are thirteen chapters which include the subject matter on post-harvest management, harvesting, handling and yield, drying and dehydration, ripening, sorting and grading, packaging and transportation, storage and marketing besides product processing of each crop under fruit.

Part II of this book includes the subject matter related to vegetables as mentioned above. Part III of this book gives the details of subject matter relating to flowers. Proper understanding has been given to the topics for the various subject matters on post-harvest management practices.
