Affiliate Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your participation in the Bookly Stores Affiliate Marketing Program (“Program“). By signing up for and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid account on Bookly Stores.

Bookly Stores reserves the right to accept or deny any applicant into the Program for any reason at its discretion.

You must have a website, blog, social media account, or other online platform suitable for promoting products fromBookly Stores.

2. Affiliate Account

After approval, you will receive access to your Affiliate Account, which will allow you to track sales and commissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration or in managing your Affiliate Account may result in termination of your participation in the Program.

3. Affiliate Links

You will be provided with affiliate links and promotional materials, such as banners, to use in promoting Bookly Stores products.

These affiliate links are unique to your account, and they must be used as provided in order to properly track referrals and sales.

You agree not to alter or modify the affiliate links in any way.

You may only promote products listed on Bookly Stores, and you must represent these products accurately and honestly.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities :-

1, Spamming : Sending unsolicited emails or messages (spam) to promote Bookly Stores products is strictly prohibited.

2, False Advertising : Misrepresenting Bookly Stores products or making false claims to encourage sales is not allowed.

3, Fraudulent Practices : Generating fraudulent sales or using unethical practices, including self-referrals, to manipulate earnings is prohibited.

4, Trademark Violations : Affiliates may not use the Bookly Stores name, logo, or any related trademarks without written permission, except as provided in promotional materials.

5, Unapproved Advertising : You may not bid on Booklystores.com trademarks or related keywords for paid search engine advertising without prior approval.

5. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates will earn a commission based on sales made through valid referral links. The commission rates will be outlined in your Affiliate Account.

Commissions are paid on completed sales only. If a customer cancels or returns a purchase, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your earnings.

Commissions will be calculated monthly, and payments will be made via the payment method specified in your account settings.

Affiliates must meet the minimum payment threshold, which will be disclosed upon registration, before payments are issued.

Any disputes regarding commissions must be raised within 30 days of the sale.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all affiliate links and promotional materials.

If Bookly Stores terminates your participation due to a violation of these Terms, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the promotional materials provided by Booklystores.com solely for the purpose of promoting products through the Program.

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Bookly Stores remain the intellectual property of Booklystores.com. Any unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

8. Relationship of Parties

Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Bookly Stores.

You are considered an independent contractor and are solely responsible for any taxes, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of your participation in the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

Booklystores.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the Program or the products sold through its website.

Bookly Stores will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

Booklystores.com total liability to you for any claims arising under the Program is limited to the total amount of commissions paid to you.

10. Modifications

Bookly Stores reserves the right to modify these Terms or any part of the Program at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through your Affiliate Account.

Continued participation in the Program after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Bookly Stores Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue your participation in the Program.
